My Review

4.5 Stars

Look After Me is the 2nd book in the Look After You series. This book mostly told in Sabastian’s POV. I really liked reading how he recalled everything that took place from him getting on the plane to coming home to surprise Ava and their baby. After Sebastian comes home he finds out his fiancée loves another man and that she has been kidnapped by her brother who raped her as a child for many years.

Sebastian world is upside down after losing Ava he has turned to drugs to dull the pain and has ended up in rehab. Where he meets Addison she was his counselor. But their relationship starts out as friends and then changes into something they both didn’t want.

Sebastian has a lot of demons, hatred and self-loathing he needs to come to terms with to help him with his sobriety. You really see him struggle a lot and you get a feeling of what it is like to be a recovering addict as you go through the process with him.

Definitely check this book out. You don’t have to read them in order but I would suggest you do so you get an understanding on why Sebastian is in this position of heartache. Great job Elena can’t wait to read the next book.
